Trashed & Wasted – Rethinking food waste

Wychwood Barns is the place to be on Wednesday March 1, from 6-10pm.

For one night only, Toronto chefs, food and drink providers and producers, and artists are gathering together for a great cause - Trashed & Wasted, a charity event rethinking food waste, repurposing trash, and reclaiming refuse. 

The evening is a "celebration of the sustenance, beauty, and benefits of what was once simply trashed and wasted," with all proceeds in support of Second Harvest Toronto.

Throughout the night, explore food waste ideas and options, and view unique artwork and installations, while sipping cocktails and nibbling on food made from "the most unexpected ingredients."

General Admission is $35, with each food and drink item $5. All Inclusive tickets are $50, and include entrance to event and unlimited food (alcohol is extra). Note: this is a cash only event (ATM onsite).
