This week’s 14 arrivals includes udon like you’ve never seen it before, two “upscale” establishments, lots of coffee and cocktails, more sushi burritos, and homemade Mexican, Thai, Caribbean and Indian fare.

OPEN

Be of the first 150 people in line for the grand opening today at Adonis (2561 Stanfield Rd.) in Mississauga and receive a $25 gift card. Doors open at 9am.

Chiang Mai Thai Kitchen & Bar (84 Park Lawn Rd.) is serving up authentic and modern Northern Thai food in Etobicoke at Park Lawn and Lakeshore.

Crossroad Kafe (262 Christie St.) offers fresh roasted organic coffee, as well as food items (Blue Matcha Banana Bread with mascarpone and fruit, Stuffed Feta & Jalapeno Mushrooms with house salad).

Doors open tomorrow at 5pm for “upscale resto bar” The Delaware Toronto (946 Bloor St. W.) in Bloorcourt Village. Dig into pizza, panko crusted calamari, and an array of tapas dishes while sipping crafted cocktails.

Delicious Dish Healthy Food (3110 Kingston Rd., Unit 2) is your new destination for Caribbean fare in Scarborough.

“Upscale Mexican” venue Limon Lounge (1089 St. Clair W.) has arrived at St. Clair and Dufferin.

Mixi Culinary Project (2491 Lake Shore Blvd. W., Unit 7) specializes in traditional Mexican and Latin dishes, including handmade flour tortillas, Enchiladas ($14) and egg dishes: Divorciados ($12), Rancheros ($12), Mexicana ($12), Eggs with Chorizo ($15).

The fifth Mos Mos (655 Bay St.) just launched, this time with full seating area. Stay tuned - a sixth location is already in the works.

Reyna on King (354 King St. E.) - the third outpost of the brand -lands eastside this time. Doors are slated to open Tuesday.

Stop by the new Rolltation (10 Dundas St. E.) at Yonge and Dundas for their grand opening today between 11am-3pm for a free sushi burrito.

On the move? Roti’s to Go (66 Dundas St. E.) just east of Yonge & Dundas has got you.

Steam Whistle Biergärten at Steam Whistle Roadhouse (255 Bremner Blvd.) debuts Tuesday, with a grand opening to follow on Saturday May 11. 

Yesterday marked the grand opening of Sweet Jesus at CF Markville Mall (5000 Hwy 7) in Markham. 

Udon Kitanoya (513 Bloor St. W.) is the first restaurant to bring authentic Kansai-style Japanese udon to Toronto. Doors open Wednesday, with a grand opening to follow on Saturday May 18, with 200 bowls of free udon from noon-2pm.

CLOSED

Chu Resto (639 Yonge St.) closed almost as soon as it opened. The location at Yonge and Bloor launched in October. 

Fynn’s of Temple Bar (489 King St. W.) is having a “Farewell for Now” guest appreciation party tonight starting at 6pm. It’s not goodbye for the establishment of 15 years, but “see you soon.” 

EVENTS
