OPEN

Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (2 Eireann Quay) is now home to three new restaurants by SSP Canada - Balzac’s Coffee Roasters, Market@416 and OBISPO – located in both domestic and transborder lounges. Grant van Gameren (Bar Isabel, Bar Raval, Cressy House, El Rey, Harry’s Charbroiled, Prettyugly, Quetzal, Rosalinda, Tennessee Tavern, Víctor Dries) helped create OBISPO’s grab-and-go menu, which includes hot sandwiches, flatbreads, antipasto dishes and salads.  

Sun’s out. buns out - Cinnaholic’s Scarborough location (6015 Steeles Ave. E., Unit G4) welcomes guests starting tomorrow at 10am. 

Ramen weather has arrived, so head to Hokkaido Ramen Santouka Eglinton (2057 Yonge St.) to get your fill. 

Turkish delights such as kebap, mezze, and donner await you at North York’s Meat Point (1021 Wilson Ave.). 

Miya Bhai (938 Bathurst St.) is celebrating their grand opening today big time. Starting at 11am, enjoy free roti tacos and a side of dahl until 1pm. There’s also mango smoothie and chai tea samplings, a contest to win lunch, and $5 gift card giveaways “to all guests.”

Leasider’s can dig into Afghani and Middle Eastern fare now, thanks to newly opened Naan and Kabob (62 Laird Dr.).

International bubble tea chain OneZo Tapioca has landed in Scarborough (3720 Midland Ave., Unit 108).

After launching their Spadina location this past summer, PappaRoti debuted their new venue at Mississauga’s Square One (100 City Centre Dr.) on Saturday.

 If falafel and shawarma are your jam, PH Shawarma’s (576 Queen St. W.) got you.

Taiyaki NYC, home of “the Original Taiyaki Ice Cream, Croyaki, and Unicorn Float,” is now in the 6ix. The first international location for the brand (128 Dundas St. W.) is holding grand opening celebrations this weekend. Starting tomorrow and lasting until Sunday, buy any taiyaki ice cream and get a free unicorn “floatie” - drink not included. While supplies last.

Tuck into authentic Shanghai-style cuisine including pan-fried soup dumplings at Wu Jian Dao now open in Scarborough (2190 McNicoll Ave., Unit 125). Stay tuned – a downtown Toronto location is soon to follow.

After four-and-a-half years, Thoroughbred Food & Drink (304 Richmond St. W.) is coming to a close. The last night of regular dinner service at is Saturday.
