Tuesday, October 23, 2018 is a night you won’t forget.

Eat to the Beat presented by KitchenAid - the annual culinary event taking over Roy Thomson Hall - celebrates 23 years this year.

The unique fundraising event is the only one of its kind in Canada, featuring 60 top female chefs from across the GTA, gathering to support women through the challenges that come with a breast cancer diagnosis. Funds raised at tonight’s event do directly to supporting those affected by breast cancer through services offered by the Canadian Cancer Society.

Your ticket includes your choice of both sweet and savoury hors d'oeuvres from 60 top chefs, along with wine, craft beer and selection of non-alcoholic beverages from 20 purveyors.

Looking to satiate your sweet tooth? Nibble on New Moon Cookies, Extreme Butter Tarts, and Avocado/Mango Cream Profiteroles.

In addition to all the culinary delights, you’ll find raffle tickets sold by the famous Corset Ladies - a group of supporters and survivors who design and wear food-themed corsets – as well as mystery bags available for purchase.

And there are two new and exciting additions to the lineup this year:

- Up and Coming Chef Challenge presented by KitchenAid - Mezzanine Level

This event features talented female chefs from five of Ontario’s top culinary schools. Try their creations and cast your vote for your favourite dish. The winner will receive a KitchenAid prize package.

- Online Silent Auction

The auction has always been an exciting feature of ETTB, but this year it’s moved online, making it quick and easy to place your bid from wherever you are.

This year’s prizes include Kitchen Aid cookware and appliances, cooking class, stay at the Four Seasons Costa Rica, chance to see a Buffalo Bills game, shop at gourmet grocer Summerhill Market, and much more.
