This week’s list is spectacular: a walloping 21 openings neatly organized from A-Z.

But not nearly as impressive as this: one eatery launching seven outposts in a single day.

That’s a first.

Here’s the very latest:

OPEN

Doors opened Monday for Ambiyan on Yonge (1560 Yonge St.), the second outpost of Unionville’s authentic Indian eatery.

Restaurateur Jen Agg (Rhum Corner, Cocktail Bar, Grey Gardens, Le Swan) converted the former space of decade-old The Black Hoof into Bar Vendetta (938 Dundas St. W.). Service kicked off Sunday. Menu items include: pasta, nachos, muffulettas, and all the wine.

The flagship store of Chat Bar (5312 Yonge St.), home of Chinese chuan’r (grilled meat skewers) is currently in soft opening.

Green Press Inc. just added Port Credit to their roster. The certified organic cold-pressed juice and food bar debuted their third outlet (129 Lakeshore Rd. E., Unit E9) on Saturday.

Head to Danforth and Woodbine’s Hunger Point (2075 Danforth Ave.) for Halal certified chicken (fried and grilled), burgers, and wraps.

Looking for authentic Lahori food in the GTA? Karahi Boys Scarborough location (1921 Lawrence Ave. E.) opens tomorrow at 4pm.

The folks behind Local Kitchen + Wine Bar launched Lucia (1595 Dupont St.), a casual Italian hang featuring housemade pastas and simple Italian fare.

Mean Bao (753A Queen St. E.) landed just a few short blocks west of its previous Queen and Carlaw spot, next to Hi-Lo.

The fourth Sukoshi Mart arrived in the Financial District (Royal Bank Plaza, 200 Bay St.), complete with Pocky and other covetable, iconic Japanese snacks.

Supernova Ballroom (330 Bay St.), the first venue by Kelsey Ramage and The Trash Collective celebrated its first day Monday. Stay tuned.

Healthy, homemade Indian cuisine has arrived in Etobicoke via Tadka - The Flavours of Indian Spices (666 The Queensway).

Dinner service commenced last night for Xango (461 King St W.), a collab by Nick Di Donato of Liberty Entertainment Group (BlueBlood Steakhouse, Don Alfonso 1890, Cibo, Arcane, Casa Loma, Liberty Grand) and Chef Claudio Aprile (MasterChef Canada). Expect a mix of Latin and Asian flavours, showcased in dishes such as Miso Black Cod ($40), Roasted Hen & Papas Fritas ($28), and King Oyster Mushroom Toban ($22).

Xing Fu Tang, known for it’s brown sugar pearl milk boba, has been popping up all over town recently. The latest inception softly opens Saturday in North York (4632 Yonge St.) with buy-one-get-one-free drinks for the first 100 customers Saturday and Sunday. Starting Monday, enjoy 25 per cent off until Friday.

Even if you’ve never owned a restaurant, you can imagine how tough it is to bring one to fruition. Now imagine launching seven in a single day. Yang’s Braised Chicken Rice - the “largest fast-food chain in China” with + 6K stores worldwide - just added these Toronto/GTA spots to the list. The grand opening takes place tomorrow, complete with one free braised chicken rice for “everyone who visits our any of the seven locations.” Here goes:

Mississauga

Markham

Kitson & Co. Sandwiches (1205 Queen St. W.) is temporarily closed, but still doing catering. They’re “currently looking for a new space,” so stay tuned.

Earlier this week, The Gabardine (372 Bay St.) announced they’re  closing up shop next month after nine years in the Financial District. Last service is October 31st.

Portland Variety (587 King St. W.) is shuttering after five-and-a-half years. Their final day is September 28th.
